Kyle, you are right, Luke does look like Picard, hahahahahaha.
Years ago I was overnighting in Vegas. I went to the Las Vegas Hilton to do the Star Trek Experience. Very cool interactive ride. You get transported onto the enterprise with real actors that escort you down hallways to the main bridge. On the bridge they interact with two view screens. One has Ryker the other Jordi. We stood at Worf's station. The jist was the romulans saw us beam from the past and have found out that one of the four of us was a distant relative of Picard and they were trying to kill us in the past to prevent Picard in the future. The other guys all turned and looked at me when that part came. The actor, a deck officer, looked at me and smiled out of character. I had a black tight preflight jacket on and without missing a beat I tugged at the bottom of it like jean Luc did. She was really out of character after that. Ha ha.
It was a great ride. I wish they kept it or at least would move it to Orlando. It was well worth it.
Nico, that was a great movie idea. I think I know who could play the Canadian cop. I'm not sure if he's a smuggler or not.

It really was a great ride. You really felt like you were on the Enterprise. Doors worked, viewscreens had the actual stars talking to the actors on the ride, turbolift down to the shuttle bay. It all ended with a full motion simulator where we got attacked by Klingons and went through a worm hole that took us back to our time where we flew down the Vegas strip. The ride ended with the shuttle crashing into the top floor of the Las Vegas Hilton. When the door opened a very dazed and confused Hilton employee whisks you out. As they are bringing you out you stop to hear the local news talking abut strange lights over the Vegas strip and they have the Air Force telling the reporter it was just swamp gas.
It was really a great ride. It's a shame they shut it down. If you ever hear of it finding a new home and you're an STNG fan it's a must see.

It was. They had two "rides". The Klingon one and the Borg encounter. The Borg was a cool one too. You are walking down the ships hallways and come around corners to run into Borg. They were all actors so it was very realistic. They came towards you with their robotic arms pointing at you. The deck officers with you had blasters and shot at them. Smoke, explosions. It was great. Then you had the museum of screen used props and Quark's bar to eat.
Rogue Five: Hi Bentley! Where y'all been?

Rogue Five: Sandpeople-Cool! I don't have any of the Noble Collection swords but I have a few of the United Cutlery ones and they are superb replicas as they're modeled directly from the original props. If you're interested in buying another one, I highly recommend

Rogue Five: Anduril. I have one and it is gorgeous and sturdily made. I believe it is a full tang sword so you could swing it around without it flying apart. Trust me, you'll feel like the King of Gondor holding this thing lol.

ARKM: "full tang United Cutlery" is an oxymoron.

ARKM: That does not mean that they aren't nice for hanging on the wall though. I have a UC Kurgan sword. I like it.

Rogue Five: Yeah I wouldn't go looking for a fight with any wall hanger swords lol. I think Anduril and Strider's Ranger sword are the only full tang swords in the LOTR line.

Rogue Five: I looked into getting a functional Anduril from a custom swordsmith but no one I found made a screen accurate one.

Rogue Five: That Kurgan one is nice. Sword afficianados like to dump on it because it has a two piece blade and they're right but who cares! It looks bad a**
