I'd like to see chassis's and chassis discs with smaller than 1.25" diameter. Say 1.125"? I envision a chassis that holds an igniter mini or spark maybe an 18650 and fits inside a hilt with a 1.125" ID? I think that tighter builds could benefit from that. And the wonders of 3D printing could make this possible. Thoughts?
While that is a good idea, the issue comes with trying to keep parts of the structure above the minimum requirement to pass the the pre-printing checks, as some of it is already cutting it fine
Is it all done through shapeways? Is a 1/16" thickness on either side of the board or rather the thickness of the board housing wall too thin to be acceptable? Could you post a link to the pre-printing minimum req's?
