Would this pommel be MHS compatible?? It would be a beat product to offer readily made so people could incorporate it into builds!
vercify, if you read other posts in this thread, you will find that it is not MHS compatible. In fact, it's not even threaded at all. Also, Tim of TCSS would rather that no one else make threaded MHS compatible parts (even if others do it anyways). I think the only exception to that would be acerocket, a.k.a. wat tamblor of the FX Sabers forum.
There are ways to modify existing MHS pommels so that custom pommels can be mounted to them. You just got to be crafty, lol. Again, not something Tim wants saber smiths to do unsolicited (unsolicited being the key word here).
Yes that is one reason I didn't do it, because the good lord knows I can. Besides that it is not part of this saber . I want to honor Tim's wishes.
Please back on topic though. I am building these sabers for the people that want to get in on the run. My main focus is the Run and making sure everyone on it gets nothing but the best I can offer.
All the revisions and additions to the run have been well documented.
This Saber is unique, and I have made all kinds of considerations to the structure of the RUN to allow any and all to have the BEST that Solo's Hold can produce.
I am diligent about my offerings, and my commitment to the people that want on this run is priority over any future work. I have been rejecting commissions until this run has either moved forward, or does not take place. The Projects that I have already begun will be done in a timely manner.. Those of you that have done business with me, can attest to my work ethics.
I think they're the best thing ever invented and that the creator should get the Nobel Prize for awesomeness, that the world should worship him as a great humanitarian and award him 10 billion dollars. He's just that awesome.
What? Why you all looking at me like that... and what's with holding produce in your hands, all cocked back like you're going to throw it?
To be fair, Darkside Engineering, A.K.A. Caz, was the first (and probably still, only) person to make the metal ring out of brass and to make any of them out of copper and titanium. I don't want to even think about how he drills and taps the bottom of each cone. I would never do that. I like myself to much.

Folks this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity. Getting a saber of this caliber with a one-off reveal core, accurate sizing, awesome pommel and a SWEET blade plug is too good to pass up.
But WAIT, there's more!
I'll provide EACH person on this run a 7/8" (w/adapter) 32" long, SabreBlade for $20 and no cost to Tron. No profit at all for me, not even enough to cover expenses but I'm happy to do it to get this baby in the hands of everyone that wants one.
No...just, no! Don't you folks know and care that I've got to replace my wife's vehicle and can't get in on the run?! Stop offering even more phenomenal stuff I can't get!!
By the way, this post is completely silly and meant to be over the top. It's true that I can't get in on the run and it's disappointing, but I'm not serious about the freak out...you may now return to your regularly scheduled drooling over the wonderful goodies.

blessedwrath: Finally have more time to actually do things, now that I've left my job. I'm eager to get back into saber building again. ^_^

blessedwrath: As a first step, I've actually messed with TinkerCad a little bit. I've got the first run of custom chassis discs on the way. Gotta test 'em before I can offer them for sale.
