Anyway, it made no doubt that dealing with ARKM was gonna go great ^^ He purchased a Turbine Blade Plug from me (which is kinda a honor given the awesome Razor plugs he made) ^^ All good and easy Thanks
Paid at every step he was suppose to and maintained great communication when needed. Can't ask for any more than that from a buyer. Very much appreciated and an easy 10/10 (not that I anyone would expect otherwise from ARKM Thanks
Yet another member of the "oval tubing" family :)! As to be expected with ARKM, fantastic communication, great product and lightning fast delivery. I've looked at finding oval tubing before to break away from the "cylindrical" silhouette of most sabers and it's only been available on an "industrial scale". Many thanks to ARKM for sharing with the rest of us! 10/10!

I purchased a section of oval tubing from ARKM for a katana lightsaber hilt. The price was very reasonable, his communication was wonderfully consistent, and his shipping was super fast. I went to the post office one day not expecting a package, only to get it to my surprise! Great transaction, 10/10 easily.

ARKM did some machine work on a special piece for me that I didn't trust myself doing. As always his work is flawless, a word I don't use often. An artist as much as a machinist. I beacon of light that other machinist should aspire to.

I was able to steal Saber 31 from ARKM on the ebays. It's a wonderful hilt, with a solid pommel for balance and unique sound venting. It was securely packaged. It's obvious that this was not ARKM's first rodeo.

Arkm Grabbed the Korbanth Obi from the last run, I jumped in on a trio to help 2 friends take advantage of the Trio pricing and I didn't want the saber, ARKM did however and fulfilled his word prior to me even having had spoken with him directly myself about it. 10/10 thanks
Luke: "Boy, it's lucky you have these compartments."
Han Solo: "I use them for smuggling. I never thought I'd be smuggling myself in them. This is ridiculous. "

ARKM's provided good products and even better advice to me on several occasions. Great guy and a great member of the IRA community. He's the VIP-e-ist? He's a born again VIP-py! Notorious VIP? I know - 10 out of VIP.
Try not. Do or do not. There is no try.
Except when nerf herding; then all bets are off...
profezzorn: hey ARKM, did you ever write a that tutorial on the toner transfer method?

ARKM: *waves hand* "I'm not the slacker you're looking for"
Jun 23, 2017 16:24:16 GMT -5
ARKM: Sadly no. Well, that's not entirely true. I did finish writing it but did not perform the steps and take pics of said steps.

ARKM: So it's like "Step 5: Using the high temperature temp, tape the paper with the design on it onto the metal part to be etched."

ARKM: ... but there's no Pic 4.

profezzorn: from other things I've read it's just PNP blue with some heat and pressure applied, right?
Jun 23, 2017 16:37:26 GMT -5
ARKM: Some use that. I could not get successful results with it but others have.

profezzorn: so what do you use?
Jun 23, 2017 16:47:36 GMT -5
ARKM: I personally use glossy magazine pages. I just rip a page out of a magazine and put it in the printer. The pages have to be the right thickness for the printer though. Too thin and they rip in the printer.
