This is one of those "I was curious" moments that I just couldn't pass up. I'm looking at possibly adding the Han style buckles to my lineup so I had a set made as prototypes. I needed a belt to try them on to see what they would look like and my Luke ROTJ fit the bill perfectly. So, for those not overly familiar with the Luke ROTJ Rig, here are a few pics:
So, how would it look with the ANH Buckle? Well, here ya go:
How about the ESB Buckle? Again, here ya go:
Different right? Like I said, I'm still in the 'possibly' stage so I'm looking for some input. Not so much on the Luke Rig but more on the buckles as a custom option thing.....

ARKM: *waves hand* "I'm not the slacker you're looking for"

ARKM: Sadly no. Well, that's not entirely true. I did finish writing it but did not perform the steps and take pics of said steps.

profezzorn: from other things I've read it's just PNP blue with some heat and pressure applied, right?

ARKM: Some use that. I could not get successful results with it but others have.

profezzorn: so what do you use?
Jun 23, 2017 16:47:36 GMT -5
ARKM: I personally use glossy magazine pages. I just rip a page out of a magazine and put it in the printer. The pages have to be the right thickness for the printer though. Too thin and they rip in the printer.
