Are you looking for how to move a sound font from the computer to the Igniters SD card? I'll see if i can get one up tonight for you. This was all Greek to me when I got mine. Even after reading the manual I had questions. Do you have an Igniter? Do you have fonts on it already? I will work on this for you after work today.

Looks like tomorrow for the video. Media Player is being stupid and wont open the video file. Not sure what's going on. Tammie said she would figure it out tomorrow. Hang in there guys, unless someone else can do it.
Edit- I found the video and was able to play it under Easy Player. I think the file needs to be renamed as Photobucket doesn't recognize the file and wont upload. Not sure whats going on as I have never had problems posting videos on other sites. Settings are messed up somewhere.... Stand by...
Edit 2- Video seems to be loading to photobucket right now. There may be hope....

Thanks. i will try and reshoot a new video that is more in focus. It was hard to tell on the little screen on my video camera. But hopefully it helps others. My biggest tip, the same that Pat and Naigon have told me is to save two copies of what is on your SD card. Use one as a master back up in case you screw something up and one copy that you will continue to modify by adding new fonts and changes to your Igniter board.
I leave for Wonderfest tomorrow morning so I will try and get a better video up tonight.
The only thing I want to add is that if you are changing actual fonts you want to put the new fonts in the local directory first, then load Igniter(tm) Config editor. That way the program will scan the directory and fix the number of files for each one (fonts may have different numbers of files). Then save the config, and copy the folder as you have described.
You on a cell phone? Photobuckets been acting weird on my cellphone. Try logging out of your photobucket account and trying again. If your phone or computer is set to automatically set to log in change that setting. It worked for me on the cellphone (which is my primary internet means now.)
I will save over the font and files first to the sd card and then open them all up in the configurator. Fixws minor things all the time that would cause havoc otherwise.

profezzorn: hey ARKM, did you ever write a that tutorial on the toner transfer method?
Jun 23, 2017 15:50:15 GMT -5
ARKM: *waves hand* "I'm not the slacker you're looking for"
Jun 23, 2017 16:24:16 GMT -5
ARKM: Sadly no. Well, that's not entirely true. I did finish writing it but did not perform the steps and take pics of said steps.
Jun 23, 2017 16:26:30 GMT -5
ARKM: So it's like "Step 5: Using the high temperature temp, tape the paper with the design on it onto the metal part to be etched."
Jun 23, 2017 16:26:53 GMT -5
ARKM: ... but there's no Pic 4.

profezzorn: from other things I've read it's just PNP blue with some heat and pressure applied, right?
Jun 23, 2017 16:37:26 GMT -5
ARKM: Some use that. I could not get successful results with it but others have.

profezzorn: so what do you use?
Jun 23, 2017 16:47:36 GMT -5
ARKM: I personally use glossy magazine pages. I just rip a page out of a magazine and put it in the printer. The pages have to be the right thickness for the printer though. Too thin and they rip in the printer.
