And yet another collaboration between Vektor and I, this commission is heading to a Russian cosplayer. I haven't seen much of these particular Clone Wars hilt made. Here we tried to replicate as closely as possible Pre Vizla's Darksaber, while still being able to install electronic inside for light and sound. It may look a bit bulky at first, but still good size in hands and close enough to the actual show prop. There are a lot of 3D printed elements on this one. And cherry on the cake, we've added a Ripper Blade (modded with a 3D printed blade socket) to complete the hilt.
– Custom hilt by Vektor – Aluminium black weathering – 3D printed and painted parts: Hand guard / radiator, chassis / pommel, switch mount, blade holder and blade plug – Tri-Cree XP-E2 WWB main Led, white main and blue FOC – Nano Biscotte 2 + PEX soundboard – Removable single 18650 Cell – 2W Mini 20mm Bass Speaker – Mando style acrylic dark blade from Ripper Blades
GK45: Prolly for the best, my Wisdom Tooth has decided it doesn't like my mouth and has begun seceding little by little and I can't get it pulled for another month yet so sugar isn't my best friend right now...not that it is stopping me.
