THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN
Not many have heard about Factory Entertainment, but it's one of the companies that I follow with great interest. It's similar to EFX and Master Replicas, but they don't have a Star Wars licence to my knowledge. I have already bought some of their items, mainly from the James Bond line and I can tell you, the quality is there. For the near future, I'm really interested toward the Men In Black neuralyzer. That is a must have for me, since I missed the Master Replicas neuralyzer ages ago. Anyway, what I have here, is 3 really nice James Bond collectables from Factory Entertainment.
I will start with the gun replica. It's from the second Roger Moore James Bond movie, The Man With The Golden Gun from year 1974. The main villain is the legendary actor Christopher Lee that we all know from Star Wars prequels, playing Francisco Scaramanga in the movie. He's one of those actors that I respect very highly. He goes to the gategory of Alec Guinness, Gregory Peck, Clint Eastwood etc, definitely one of the greatest names in the history of filmmaking. He's now 90 years old and still active in the business. He has made more films than any other living actor and has performed roles in 275 films and counting. He's a real trooper and one of my favorite actors of all time.
Then we got Roger Moore, who happens to be my number one Bond. I was raised watching his movies and Man With Golden Gun was my first Moore flick I ever saw. Still the very first Bond was Living Daylights to me, followed by Licence To Kill, because these two came out when I was a kid in 1987 and 1989. I think I saw Dr.No quite early also, but nevertheless Roger Moore was the one that I liked the best. He had the humor, the charisma with the women, also he had the best villains like Jaws, Scaramanga, Mr. Big/Kananga. For all the true Ian Fleming and James Bond book fans, perhaps Roger Moore was the least favorite of them all, since he was quite a jolly person, quite the opposite to Daniel Craig for example, but I loved him and he's still my favorite Bond to this date. Also, I believe Roger Moore's Bond movies are rated as the worst, but to me they're the most entertaining, fun rollercoasters of them all.
So, I heard that these Golden Guns are released both in signature and limited editions. The signed edition was by both Christopher Lee and Roger Moore, touche! I definitely needed to get one no matter what. Soon I received the golden gun and it needed some assembling. It became in 4 parts, similar to the movie. It was a lot harder job than what it looks like, since you're holding a valuable and fragile item in your hands. Few mistakes and it could be ruined. Also, as it is gold plated, too much handling could wear some off. I recommend using gloves. Assembling looks easy job, but it ain't.
Originally the FE golden gun doesn't come with any golden bullets. These were a special present for the the people who ordered directly from Factory Entertainment. I happened to get mine from different route. Also the Chungwa cigarettes aren't included, I ordered mine from China. These are the same cigarette brand, but not 100% screen accurate, since the packet has changed a bit from the 70's. The golden gun is also Artist Proof that are limited only into 40 worldwide. The plaque says 400, but it means there are 400 signature guns overall. It comes also with a acrylic case and stand for the gun. As for the bullets, you can open the gun and place a bullet into it. The trigger moves, but ofcourse it doesn't fire anything or do anything, since it's complete static replica. Still, it's a nice touch that you can actually place a bullet into it. The certificate of authenticity is something really unique and special. It's hard to display it with the gun, but it's something pretty cool as a design.

THE JAWS TEETH
Then we got the Jaws. He was this huge villain played by Richard Kiel, who's one of the warmest peoples in the world what I have heard. The starred in 2 James Bond movies. The first appearance was in the Spy Who Loved Me, which is definitely my favorite Roger Moore Bond film. Later on made a comeback in Moonraker, which isn't perhaps the most beloved of all Bond movies. I think it's decent, but you can easily see the influence of Star Wars here as it came in the year 1979. The Jaws teeth are also a signed, by Richard Kiel and these things look pretty neat. Reminds me of my own teeth mold I used to wear as teenager. Not something I would have to own, but since I started to collect James Bond items, it's a nice addition. And as it came with Richards signature, made me want one. The teeth are really well made and looks great behind this unique display case. The nice touch is that you can display it teeth closed or with the cable part in between. The signature plaque could be a bigger as it looks too much is tried to be written in small area, but I believe they wanted it to fit the case. The certificate of authenticity is nice once again and provides lots of information.
Introduced in The Spy Who Loved Me in 1977 as a deadly assassin who dispatched people with a bite from his fearsome metal teeth, Jaws returned in 1979’s Moonraker and has been featured as a character in several James Bond video games. Jaws remains a firm favorite among fans and is perhaps one of the most instantly recognizable Bond villains.
This stunning 1:1 scale prop replica of Jaws' teeth, officially licensed by Danjaq LLC and EON Productions, has been created after meticulous study and research of the original prop in the EON archives as well as interviews with original cast and crew. To allow you to display this item to maximum effect, each replica includes a high quality display base, acrylic stand and acrylic cover with an optional ‘tram cable’ section (as gnawed by Jaws) for those who want to display their replica ‘in action’.
Also included are a detailed prop story booklet and certificate of authenticity.

SOLITAIRE'S TAROT CARDS
Jane Seymour is my Bond girl :P. That's a fact! I have loved her since the first time I saw Live and Let Die. Because of her I watched every single time Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman when it aired. This was ages ago, but to this date I really adore her. Live and Let Die was the first time I saw her acting and I really liked her. This was also Sir. Roger Moore's first Bond movie and he got the girl of my taste ;D. I think the villain played by Yaphet Kotto works also and they had a strong trio for this movie overall. So, Factory Entertainment also released Solitaire's tarot cards. Just out of interest I picked these and to my surprise it was true collector's item, talk about quality. This card set cost less than 30$ and you'll get more than asked for. If they just had continued the signature line with Jane Seymour signature I would had been all over it. The cards are good quality, you'll get a little black bag for them, great certificate of authencity and overall great looking silver package. Sadly FE doesn't offer an optional full set of lovers’ cards, like the one that Roger Moore used in the movie, but it has 3 of them included.
Solitaire was the mysterious and gifted psychic, played by Jane Seymour in 1973’s Live and Let Die. Blessed with the gift of being able to reliably prophesize future events, Solitaire used the tarot to guide and advise the crime boss Kanaga, played by Yaphet Koto. The tarot cards played a central role in the film and featured heavily in both the film's imagery and plot. Live and Let Die is generally acknowledged as having introduced tarot to a wider mainstream audience.
This beautiful 1:1 scale replica of Solitaire's prop tarot cards, officially licensed by Danjaq LLC and EON Productions, has been created after meticulous study and research of the original props in the EON archives as well as interviews with original cast and crew. The original prop cards were hand-crafted for the production and had deteriorated and faded somewhat with the passage of time. We have meticulously copied and digitally restored each original prop card to accurately replicate it as seen on screen, including all the subtle variances that are present in hand made work. Each card has been printed onto ultra-heavy weight 400 pt stock and features the striking stylized red ‘007’ repeating pattern seen in the film on the reverse. Our replica correctly reproduces the 25 different prop cards produced for the film, with the film accurate titles and artwork, which are different from commercially produced tarot cards. We have also included two additional duplicate ‘lovers’ cards to replicate the key scenes in the film.
The replica card set is presented in a handsome presentation/display box and includes a black velvet storage bag. Also included is a detailed prop story booklet and certificate of authenticity.
