Stunt right now... I am either going to put a neutrino in this one... Or build another one just like it with a neutrino. Either way... the sound I'm intending to put in my PVC's will likely be the Neutrino lol. If that makes sense... I'll say Neutrino a few more times I guess. HAHA.
I had intended for this to be a sound build from the start, but Darth Real Life got in the way, and I just didn't have stuff together. I figure it's a good start though, baby steps.
Thank you! I worked hard on this, and wanted to go for a weathered look... I actually did a weird almost natural way of weathering it.... but that was because I did a couple of steps out of order. Then I liked the way it looked. lol
VERY nice for a PVC hilt, good job! In a hobby where most people are focusing on all kinds of extra bling nowadays, it's always refreshing to see entry level builds as well. Especially since the build has required much effort from builder to study the construction and general what-goes-where!
An idea.... Something I have been thinking about for a PVC saber design. I'm more of a metal saber guy myself, but have you thought a out doing a saber designed like a piece of bone? There are some tutorials out there on how to make white PVC look like bone. You could do some tapering of the edges and all that and make the saber look as if many different kinds of bone were used in its making, shroud exc. maybe even teeth? That would be kinda trippy.
