This is a saber that I built for Josh King, as he contacted me on Facebook asking me to build one similar to the one Aaron built. (Actually Aaron referred this guy to me, as he hasnt been taking on complete builds, with so many runs happening) Its mostly a well modded MHS piece along with a Solo's Hold TFU2 Pommel. I would say the hardest part was tracking down the emitter, which I had to procure 2nd hand. Thank you all again and MTFBWYA! Specs: Main Hilt MHS Graflex section, 7" extension, and Solos Hold Pommel Chassis: Darth Ryo's (GOTH3designs) 3d printed 1.25" model in strong and flexible, painted to look like aged bronze. Thank you all again and MTFBWYA!
Great build!! I remember talking to a friend several yrs ago about 3D printers and back then he said ohh man what could you really build with those and there is no way those will take off. And I love seeing all the 3D stuff is that is out there and I love seeing these sabers. I basically found the youtube channel and watched most of the videos just blown away by your sabers and also learned a new thing about wiring last night after seeing the video on mil-spec wire
Dude, this is awesome. The way you put graflex bunny ears on an mhs part is genius ????
Thanks! Yes that is a real Graflex bulb retainer/bunny ears. A couple of years ago, Solos Hold and I worked out a couple of different ways to mount them to MHS and retain the look. This was originally his take on the MHS front unit.
jaltrooper: Hey guys! Dumb question...but are there any t-shirts available, or any other swag I can buy to support the Page?

ARKM: We have challenge coins. Contact Luke Skywalker if you want one.

Luke Skywalker: We never did any swag. There's never enough interest to even break even. My sponsor coin run was a huge success and helped us pay the bills well into 2018 and even gave us the money to fund a couple of one time costs we incurred this year.

Luke Skywalker: As for shirts. I really need to get one for me as well. I've been wanting one with our new logo since we changed over. My desire has always been that this is a site for the members. I consider you all my friends and have no desire to make a profit from

ARKM: Luke Skywalker, hit me up if you want the image I used for the front of my shirt.

Luke Skywalker: Site. I never intend to charge selling fees. The coin drive was a much better way to go imho. As for our logo, name and copywriter and TM's go. I have no issue with anyone wanting to use them. I ask two things. Please let me know prior. If it's crude

Luke Skywalker: and vulgar and casts us in a bad light I simply won't approve it. The other thing I think would be nice is that if our name is used on things like t-shirts that you do make a small donation to help support the site.

Luke Skywalker: My recommendation, and the place I will definitely go when I want to have a shirt done is TRA member defcon. Al's work is outstanding. Al is the Solo's Hold of saber bags and other fabric items. I've had him make me a couple of shirts and several

Luke Skywalker: saber bags. His merchandise is perfection.

Luke Skywalker: I think I'm down to about 8 coins.

Luke Skywalker: ARKM what image did you use? Was it the one with SVD's glowing eyes? I'm really curious to see how our logo looks on a shirt. Defcon would certainly need to use the flattened simpler version. For a detailed logo I think you'd need it silk screened.
