This is a saber built on overtime based upon the artwork in the video game "The Force Unleashed". The main focus beyond being a very strong and sturdy saber that could be used for dueling, was to have a functioning prop to look as close as possible as seen in the lightsaber modifications screen. The aging was done with the theme of the saber built from a collection of parts that Vader has stashed away over the years. This is a very special build, and motivated through many requests our shop gets for this model on a continual basis over the last few years.

Looks really great. Love the addition of the 2.0 parts. How did you secure the clamp without a box and hide the seam? Did you hide it under one of the grips, or something else? Impressive for sure.
Thanks Scott, the clamp was a bit tricky in that I cut it into 4 quarters, lined 2 of the pieces with the rectangular opening up to the top of the lower hilt, and milled 2 holes for back venting of the speaker and also a small window on either side to see the accent leds working. Then some of the magical weld of the JB to secure the clamp sections, and another layer on the edges after the 1st epoxy application set. Paint and standard aging to hide the edges. I didnt take many pix of the reveal as its kind of boring, and with liquid electrical tape, and gold paint, its not the prettiest. (Here is the 1.15" Ryo chassis with machined delrin speaker mount)

Thanks guys I managed to build that one inside of a week during early last December. I have been getting alot of requests on these and have a few CAD files in the works for a potential run this year (the prototype is in process), as I keep coming back to this hilt in hopes of making it as accurate to video game and concept art shots.
jaltrooper: Hey guys! Dumb question...but are there any t-shirts available, or any other swag I can buy to support the Page?

ARKM: We have challenge coins. Contact Luke Skywalker if you want one.

Luke Skywalker: We never did any swag. There's never enough interest to even break even. My sponsor coin run was a huge success and helped us pay the bills well into 2018 and even gave us the money to fund a couple of one time costs we incurred this year.

Luke Skywalker: As for shirts. I really need to get one for me as well. I've been wanting one with our new logo since we changed over. My desire has always been that this is a site for the members. I consider you all my friends and have no desire to make a profit from

ARKM: Luke Skywalker, hit me up if you want the image I used for the front of my shirt.

Luke Skywalker: Site. I never intend to charge selling fees. The coin drive was a much better way to go imho. As for our logo, name and copywriter and TM's go. I have no issue with anyone wanting to use them. I ask two things. Please let me know prior. If it's crude

Luke Skywalker: and vulgar and casts us in a bad light I simply won't approve it. The other thing I think would be nice is that if our name is used on things like t-shirts that you do make a small donation to help support the site.

Luke Skywalker: My recommendation, and the place I will definitely go when I want to have a shirt done is TRA member defcon. Al's work is outstanding. Al is the Solo's Hold of saber bags and other fabric items. I've had him make me a couple of shirts and several

Luke Skywalker: saber bags. His merchandise is perfection.

Luke Skywalker: I think I'm down to about 8 coins.

Luke Skywalker: ARKM what image did you use? Was it the one with SVD's glowing eyes? I'm really curious to see how our logo looks on a shirt. Defcon would certainly need to use the flattened simpler version. For a detailed logo I think you'd need it silk screened.
