I need this too. I have a graflex but the clash sensitivity doesnt feel right. I've upped it from 80 to 60 and it feels abit better but it's still quite difficult to create a clash. I'd like to know what the experts have all of the various numbers set to.
60 should be a good number. Quick question, are you trying the clashes with the blade in or out? Most people that have complained about clash sensitivity are not using a blade, but I've tuned my board to use the blade as the impact, so it won't really clash well unless the blade is installed. Also when hitting an object slightly pull back after the impact; don't pull through as that makes the sensor more likely to miss the impact. Doing that and I can get it to clash super easily at home with 60 as the setting.
I've added the blade and tapped it on the floor. I've now got the clash settings to 51 and it seems fairly okay. Swing settings are also on 51 to pick up some of the lighter swings better. I'm wondering if I should do the same with slashes but for now I think it's okay.

blessedwrath: Finally have more time to actually do things, now that I've left my job. I'm eager to get back into saber building again. ^_^

blessedwrath: As a first step, I've actually messed with TinkerCad a little bit. I've got the first run of custom chassis discs on the way. Gotta test 'em before I can offer them for sale.
